Largely a self starter, Brian Mountain joined Greater Raleigh Real Estate, Inc. in 2016. He has spent the past 20 years purchasing, leasing and selling real estate over a 3 county area. When he's not working, he's working. That's not a typo! He owns and manages Modern Plumbing and Backhoe with his wife Jamie.





Venita Peyton created Greater Raleigh Real Estate, Inc. in 2003 after having served as a Broker with Better Homes and Gardens (now franchised as Coldwell Bank), 5000 Falls of Neuse Road in North Raleigh and Century 21, then headed by the late Senator JK Sherron. 

In addition to representing Sellers and Buyers, Venita enjoys assisting title companies in closing loans and teaching real estate classes. After having served as an Adjunct Instructor with JY Monk/Kaplan Real Estate Schools and Wake Technical Community College, she created the NC based Peyton Real Estate Academy.
